Please arrive between 2 and 2:30pm at 2092 Hugh Allan Drive in Kamloops. Parking will be on the street along Hugh Allan drive or in the bike lot at the end of street. Carpooling is recommended where possible! Be sure to arrive on time, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm. Some snacks and beverages will be available during this time.

Ceremony will begin at 3pm, and we will direct everyone to be seated beforehand. Please refrain from using your phones or taking pictures during the ceremony, we will have a professional photographer taking all the pictures during this time. We will be happy to share these with you all once they are finished!

The reception will be after the ceremony and into the evening. Drinks will be available for purchase at a toonie bar on site, please bring cash if you wish to partake. There will be games and snacks available throughout the day both inside and out!

Dinner will be served at approximately 6pm. Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions and we will do out best to accommodate. Dinner will be outside in a covered tent. Menu to be announced closer to June.

Dress code is semi-formal and colours are encouraged! The ceremony/reception will be taking place outdoors, so please ensure to dress accordingly.

We do not have a gift registry and do not expect anything other than your presence! However if you would like to give us anything, there will be a gift table and we will accept any e-transfers to: loganroyer@hotmail.com
